1.个人概况:
黄文远,助理教授,硕士生导师,现任广西大学工商管理学院会计与财务金融系教师。主要从事公司治理、人力资源管理与组织行为方向的研究。近年主持1项国家自然科学基金项目、1项广西高校中青年教师基础能力提升项目,以第一作者或通讯作者在在Journal of Business Ethics (FT50)、Journal of Managerial Psychology(ABS3/SSCI Q2)、Journal of Counseling Psychology (SSCI Q1)、Journal of Career Assessment(ABS2/SSCI Q2)、Personnel Review(ABS2/SSCI Q2)、Employee relations(ABS2/SSCI Q3)等SSCI权威期刊上发表论文多篇。
